- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder

- 1 (15-ounce) can of sweet corn, drained
- 1 (15-ounce) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1-2 jalapeños, seeded and diced (use less if you don’t want it too spicy)
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
Leftover turkey meat, chopped or shredded (about 2 cups)
Salt and pepper to taste
