The addition of ginger makes this dish delicious, nutritious, and tasty. It is good served hot or at room temperature.
Ingredients:
• ¾ teaspoon low-sodium and wheat free soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon wasabi powder
• ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
• 6-ounce wild salmon steak
• 1 scallion, thinly sliced (white part only)
Directions:
1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger.
2. Marinate the salmon with the soy sauce mixture in a shallow baking dish for 30 minutes at room temperature or for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Place on grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side for medium rare.
4. Place salmon on top of vegetables and garnish with thinly sliced scallions.
