It’s never boring! Being popular means our employees don’t spend much “down” time wondering what to do next. Working at a busy, well managed, highly regarded restaurant is exciting and fulfilling.

It pays well. Our starting wage for hourly employees is $7.25 per hour, and many employees start at a higher hourly wage, based on their qualifications. Our special bonus program (explained below) can add nearly $10 per hour to the wage and benefits package.

The benefits are great. We hire full time and part time time employees, and give generous benefits to both.

All employees are entitled to: free uniform, free employee meals, 20% family and friends discount, flexible scheduling and aggressive bonus compensation for bringing in new catering jobs from events like business team meeting, church prayer meetings, and family picnics.

POSITIONS

We hire for the following positions, and encourage you to apply for any you may be qualified for:

• Dish/Bus – Talented, highly energetic folks who keep our dishes clean and our tables ready for seating. Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Kitchen Prep – Using the same recipes we have since we opened our doors, our prep team makes enough food every week to serve thousands of eager guests. Previous experience preferred.
• Cashier – accurate and friendly staff ring thousands of meals a day allowing those lines of hungry guests to move quickly. Previous cashier experience helpful.
• Deli Server – these friendly and knowledgeable folks take your order and convey it to the meat carver for immediate preparation and serving. Previous customer service experience helpful but not required.
